Lezing Universiteit van Tilburg
Anne Dijk (Director of FAHM Instituut) was invited at Tilburg University to present a talk on ‘De-constructing Prejudices on Gender and Islam”. She elaborated on how different translations can lead into different interpretations. Translation is always interpretation. Dr. Jan Jaap de Ruiter followed with another talk on Gay-rights and different perspective in the muslim-world nowadays. Both talks were followed by an interesting Q&A and discussion.
